The Blue Tree Foundation (BTF), together with our UN youth delegates, is officially on the ground at the 64th session of the UN Commission for Social Development (CSocD64) at UN Headquarters in New York. So far, weโve had the chance to experience the CSocD64 Opening (3rd Plenary Meeting) in person, attend the High-Level Panel on advancing social justice through coordinated action, and engage in a range of inspiring side events across UNHQ.

Itโs also been meaningful to reconnect with familiar partners and friends, including Ursula Wynhoven, Director and Representative of International Telecommunication Union and Cevor Tikerpuu, UN Youth Delegate of the Permanent Mission of Finland to the United Nations, New York, who will both be speaking at our side event this Friday.

Beyond UNHQ, weโre grateful for opportunities to visit, learn, and exchange ideas through institutional meetings and mentoring sessions with NYU KISO, NYU Center for Social Media, AI and Politics, and the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs OISC NGO Branch.
